At KAKEL ENTERPRISES LLC, we strive to provide our customers with flexible and convenient shopping options. Our store pick-up service allows you to purchase items online and pick them up at our designated store locations in Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi.

2. How It Works

  1. Place Your Order Online: Select the items you wish to purchase on our website, kakelstore.com, and choose the “Store Pick-Up” option at checkout.
    2. Choose Your Pick-Up Location: Select the store location where you would like to pick up your order.
    3. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, along with an estimated pick-up time.
    4. Ready for Pick-Up: You will receive a notification via email or SMS when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
    5. Pick-Up Your Order: Visit the selected store location and present your order confirmation email and a valid ID to collect your items.

3. Pick-Up Locations

Our store pick-up service is available at the following locations:

Uvira – D. R. Congo

KAKEL ENTERPRISES LLC – Burundi
Bujumbura – Burundi

4. Pick-Up Times

– Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
– Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
– Sunday: Closed

5. Important Information

– Order Verification: Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) when picking up your order.
– Authorized Pick-Up: If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must present the order confirmation email and their own valid photo ID.
– Order Holding Period: Orders will be held for 7 days from the time you receive your “Ready for Pick-Up” notification. If your order is not picked up within this period, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
– Changing Pick-Up Location: If you need to change the pick-up location after placing your order, please contact our customer service team at support@kakelstore.com for assistance.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased through our store pick-up service can be returned or exchanged at the pick-up location. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
